These are special high-value items you can craft through the Job System. Raid boss monsters throughout the world will drop various magical ingredients that you can then take to an appropriate Job System crafter to create the item base you desire. This unfinished item base can then be taken to a Craft Wondrous Items NPC or PC to finalize the item.
